Here we are again.  I’ve always wondered about the passive-aggressive people.  When you approach this type of person they usually are very friendly, in my experience, and seem to be agreeable as well.  Yet, when faced with something they might have to do for you (or anyone for that matter) that they may not necessarily agree with, they just conveniently ignore the whole matter until the other person just “goes away.”  If the other person keeps at it, that person is looked at as a troublemaker.  Interesting state of affairs.  And interesting how many people get trapped in a situation like this with a “p-a” type of person.  Who knows how many rotten incidents could have been solved or not happened at all if both parties were honest about their feelings and tried truly working together.  But it’s the mindset of the “p-a” person that is intriguing.  Haven’t figured it out yet.
